Haunted Floating Eye Release 3 - Moving Tiles and Bodies

Haunted Floating Eye release 3 should be available for everyone as this post goes live. Release 3 comes with one new feature:

* The ability to move rocks from one place to another with your movement power (press `3` on the keyboard to activate it). This allows for a much broader range of lair customization options than before. I've also slightly balanced the DESTROY-O RAY.
* It now costs 5 mana per burst, up from 3. This means your have to be a bit more precise in how you aim your most destructive weapon.
